Channels are missing from the Windows in Separation Studio, Channels have no names or a user changed a color of the default color set and now can't change it back.
Basically any odd interface issues are controlled by the supplies.db database file. Trashing this file and restarting he program usually corrects these issues.
Trash the Supplies.db file located and open the user space Library folder\Application Support\Freehand Graphics\Separation Studio\3.00\supplies.db
C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Local Settings\Application Data\Freehand Graphics\Separation Studio\supplies.db
Vista thru Windows 10:
Local Settings and Application Data are hidden folders and must be typed into the window browser.
C:\Users\USERNAME\Local Settings\Application Data\Freehand Graphics\Separation Studio\Supplies.db
