How do I use the custom ink and textile color libraries In Separation Studio?
With this new release you now have the ability to build your own custom ink and textile color libraries. In this way you can keep your custom sets up-to-date more easily.
It's still recommended that you use the stock RGB spectral values of Spot Process to achieve an operating standard (SOP), but when you do need a special color change you can create it.
What you need: Separation Studio can build a color based on either HSB (Hue Saturation and Brightness), LAB (Lightness, Alpha and Beta) or RGB (Red, Green and Blue) color values supplied by your manufacturer.
How it's done:
Colors are added individually. Click the OK button to lock them in to the program.
