When I open a tif file to separate I see a window that tells me to upgrade to Spot Process. Why?
Spot Process VueRite is not seeing the USB dongle when it starts up so the portion of the software that handles the separating of files (Spot Process) is not available.
Possible causes are, the dongle is not attached to the computer properly, the dongle drivers need to be updated, or the dongle is broken.
1. Make sure the USB dongle is attached directly to the computer or keyboard. Do not use a USB hub.

4. Restart the computer and try again.
