ACC-0505 • Can't Enter Serial Number (Invalid)


There is a proper way to enter a serial number. Serial numbers must be "exact".

If a Serial Number is entered incorrectly it will result in the OK button not becoming available during the activation process, invalid /incorrect messages, or there will not be enough space to type in the Serial Number.

Things to know...
AccuRIP Serial Numbers are entered using CAPITAL LETTERS. AccuRIP Serial numbers always start with "ACCURIP-, ACCURIPSF- or ACCURIPEX-, ACCURIPBP, ACCURIPBPU depending on the version you have purchased. Hyphens (-) must be included between groups of code in a serial number.

Serial numbers never use the letter (O), they only use the number Zero (0).

A Serial Number is a single license and may be installed to one "hosting" computer only. Serial Numbers activate designated AccuRIP Software versions. An UPGRADE purchase (which includes a new Serial Number) may be required to perform a move (transfer) of a License, or Activation on a computer.
