Making an incorrect change to the Advanced dot gain feature can cause a file to fail when printed. Files go the the History and receive a Red X in the History Window in AccuRIP and never print, get stuck in the Job Queue or quickly appear then disappear without going to the history window.
Advanced dot gain should be used by experienced users that have the proper Transmission Densitometer (also called Transmission Densitometer) device to read and adjust their RIP output. All other users should leave this feature OFF.
Having the same number in two fields will cause all files to fail. Numbers in each field must be unique.
Remove or change duplicate field values or turn OFF the dot gain control and print again.
