ACC-0627 • Windows - Expired Firewall Trial, won't print

Files are getting stuck in the AccuRIP to Epson printer driver on Windows. Won't Print.

Many computers companies now install 30 day trial versions of Anti Virus and Firewall protection software. When these trials expire they sometimes "lock down services" creating issues.

RESOLVE:

McAfee is certainly one of the companies that offer a trial version that has no interface the user can control, it remains on even after it's expired then it does not allow itself to be turned off or its setting to be modified.

They force the user to buy or uninstall.

If you don't want it, uninstalling is the only way to stop it from interfering with the AccuRIP print driver.
