Users report issues printing blends (fountain fills), fonts and even report that seps can "reverse" themselves when printed from Corel 12.
Corel 12 is very old and suffered from print issues when it was first released which is why it was replaced in under a year with Version X3.
The same file printed from any newer version of Corel prints perfectly.
You need to upgrade away from this nearly 10 year old program that was plagued with issues. You can try to "rasterize" the file in the print window, but the best advise is to get new software.
Programs are updated to add new tools and fix old problems.
