When a file is sent to print and the print head is moving back and fourth, yet blank pages are coming out the printer has a clogged "nozzle or head".
Since the printer is trying to print that means all connections and drivers leading up to the printer are OK. The RIP is telling the printer to print, but nothing is spraying on the film or paper, indicates a clog.
Run the Epson printer utility and print a "Nozzle Check". If the Nozzle check is not perfect then perform a "head Cleaning". Repeat until resolved.
Read your Epson user guide for help with this.
Once clean your films will print properly.
