Epson 4900, 7900 and Epson 9900 users may have files that get stuck in the AccuRIP queue. The printer reports Black ink mismatch.
These printers have two black inks installed, but only one works at a time. For example, if the printer is set to Matte ink then AccuRIP must also be set to Matte ink, too. Check the fron control panel of the printer to discover or change the currently loaded Black ink.
Open AccuRIP, in the Edit Configuration or Setup window match the style of black ink displayed on the printer.
