Nothing is printing.
There are two potential resolves (read both before proceeding to you fix):
This is the simplest tech method for resetting USB drivers. "When in doubt, wipe it out":
AccuRIP is a very easy software to install and manage. Being a driver based RIP the most important thing is that the driver is properly configured to the printer. AccuRIP will setup the driver properly as long as the user has selected the proper connection in the SETUP. Some users manually change ports settings which creates issues and confusion. So we say "when in doubt, wipe it out". This is the best way to ensure a proper connection.
Be sure you are using the latest version of AccuRIP. Black Pearl is the newest version of AccuRIP. An upgrade purchase from version 1.03 is required. If currently using Black Pearl go to the Quick Menu and see if "Install Software Update" is available. Black Pearl users get the upgrade from 1.04 to 1.05 for FREE.
From your System Control Panel or System Preferences delete the AccuRIP to Epson driver and your Epson driver.
Unplug the printer USB cable from the computer, wait 5 seconds, then plug it back in. Your computer should build a NEW Epson printer driver.
* Restart your computer and printer.
Open AccuRIP and from the File Menu choose SETUP. Configure AccuRIP to your printer, give special attention to the "connection". Choose local, Windows users click "show all ports" and make sure Windows is directed to the USB port for the Epson printer. Mac does this automatically and is set to "local" connection. Click OK to close the SETUP window. AccuRIP builds a new AccuRIP print driver.
Mac OS users working on Mac AccuRIP version 1.03 - no longer printing or working.
This makes sense. Older versions that survived OS upgrades become unstable over time as new updates are released. The time has come to finally upgrade the old version 1.03 to the newest software. Recent releases and updates from Epson and Apple OS make it incompatible to operate. All product and client support have been fully moved over to service the newest products.
