I cancelled (stopped \ deleted) all files in both the AccuRIP and Epson Stylus print driver queues but the printer is still printing.
USB printing is slow to cancel, sometimes a file can take minutes to clear (delete) from a print queue.
Even if the AccuRIP print queue window, Epson Print driver print queue, Mac print queue are clear the operating system can still be sending data to the printer.
That process should stop, but if that process is too slow for you then restart the computer and the printer to stop all services immediately and start again.
If all print queues are clear and you restart your computer there should be no print services sending data to the printer.
