ACC-0628 • File Not Printing AccuRIP Black Pearl Mac

Files were printing then suddenly stopped printing through AccuRIP Black Pearl (Macintosh). File receives a green check mark in Black Pearl, but seem to disappear and never print. The issue is a PAUSED Epson Print Driver. The files are building up in the Epson Printer driver.

 

Resolve:
AccuRIP Black Pearl requires the Genuine Epson Printer Driver to be ready and functioning properly.

When the Epson Print Driver monitor window (print queue) is OPEN and you either use Command "S" (keyboard command), or click the Settings icon in the Epson Print Driver monitor window, the driver pauses. Even after the window is closed the Driver remains PAUSED. The Driver should return to the READY state, but it does not.

Return the Epson Print Driver to the Print mode (Resume Printing), and files will once again process and print.
