When attempting to transfer AccuRIP Black Pearl you receive a message telling you the “serial number is unknown the server”.
This message most often appears when the software is told to activate or deactivate too soon after already contacting the server. Wait the full 15 minutes the software suggests, giving the servers the allotted time to receive the information properly and try again. Still having issues? See below.
If there is an update available install it. You’ll know there is an update available when a Blue downward pointing arrow appears in the AccuRIP Black Pearl user interface next to the Quick Menu.
If no update is available, login to your Account page at www.softwareforscreenprinters.com
, download the AccuRIP Black Pearl installer (even if it is the same build). Run the installer to replace your present install.
Some necessary licnesing files may have become corrupted on you computer, this process installs new ones.
